Also, the good thing about these survival hacks is that they can be used all throughout your school and college years to make your academic experience worthwhile!
Hack# 1: Use Google Translate
Google Translate is a helpful tool if you want to edit and proofread your papers on your own. After you are done with your assignment, copy and paste the text into this tool and listen to it. Listening to your document would allow you to identify mistakes, errors and structural inconsistencies easily!
Stuck on a difficult math problem? Mathway.com is a useful tool that allows the users to get answers to their mathematical problems within a few minutes. Just type in your problem, select your level, and you will be provided with detailed steps along with solutions.
Also, you can download PhotoMath app that lets you take a picture of the problem and teaches you the correct steps to solve the problem!
Hack#3: Recover Unsaved Files on Word
If you have accidentally closed Word without saving your progress, then you can recover it easily! Go to file explorer and search .asd under the heading ‘my/this pic.’ The document will be recovered exactly the way you deleted it so that you don’t have to write up your assignment all over again!
Hack#4: Acing Tests!
There are two hacks to easily remember the material during your tests. For the first hack, spray an unfamiliar scent while you are studying for your text and again when you are about to take the test. The use of familiar scent would help you jog your memory.
The other hack is the chewing of gum. Preferring a single flavor during the preparation and the test would help you remember things quickly.
Hack#5: Finding Scholarly Material
Google may not be the best choice to find scholarly material for your upcoming research material. Instead, opt for scholar.google.com as it is a hub of scholarly research papers that will help you find relevant and authentic material quickly.
Hack#6: Follow a Playlist to be Punctual
If you want to leave for school on time, make a music playlist that is exactly as long as the time you need to get ready. Put a familiar song at the end of the playlist to use it as an indicator of a few remaining minutes. By the time you’ll be on the last song, you’ll quicken your pace like never before!
And these are our favorite hacks that will help you get ready and ace your academic years! Try them out for yourself and let us know how successful they turn out to be for you!
